At the sealed chamber midway between Pacifidlog and Slateport (accessible only from Pacifidlog) use Dive to enter a tunnel that leads to a slab with braille. Surface there and enter the sealed chamber.

Once you become the Pokemon League Champion, pay extra attention to the TV. It will broadcast information about a super-rare Pokemon. After that, be on the lookout for the Latias, which is exclusive to the Sapphire version of the game.

You can unlock batches of players from the past by winning the following cups or leagues: African Cup, American Cup, Asia Cup, Division 1 League, England League, European Cup, European League, France League, Italy League, Oceania Cup, Spanish League, and The Netherlands League. To unlock the all-star versions of the following teams, win the World Cup with them in the game: Argentina, Brazil, England, France, Germany, Italy, and The Netherlands.
